DeployIt for SaaS founders

Finally understand what your engineers ship — without asking a single one.

Technical or not, DeployIt gives you the activity tracking you were missing: a weekly report every Monday, monthly and quarterly reviews, and a real-time dashboard — humans and AI agents included.

The three problems every SaaS founder has — solved at once

“I don't know what my team shipped this week.”

DeployIt turns every commit, PR and deployment into a plain-language activity feed, estimated in dev-days. You, your board, your clients — everyone reads the same thing, at their level.

“How much of our code already comes from AI agents?”

Copilot, Cursor or Devin show up as contributors in their own right. You see the AI share of the work, its quality compared to humans, and agent PRs merged without human review.

“Reporting eats my evenings.”

The weekly report lands in your inbox every Monday, and monthly and quarterly reviews are ready for boards and clients. You never compile anything by hand again.

Whatever stage you're at, the same blocker appears

DeployIt scales with you — from "first paying customer" to "Series B with 30 engineers".

Pre-seed → Seed

You still write code yourself

Between product and customers, you lose track of what actually shipped. DeployIt keeps the logbook for you — and your investor updates start from dated facts.

Seed → Series A

3–8 engineers, first AI agents

You delegate the code, not the visibility. The Monday report tells you who shipped what — humans and AI agents — without interrupting anyone.

Series A → B

10+ engineers, several squads

Cross-team visibility falls apart. The dashboard aggregates all your repos, and monthly and quarterly reviews keep board and client committees on track.

What changes the day you turn DeployIt on

What DeployIt is designed to change within the first weeks.

No more status chasing

No more “where are we on this?” on Slack. The Monday report and the dashboard answer before the question is asked.

A structured Monday morning

The weekly report arrives by email: deliveries, dev-days, blockers. Your week starts on facts, not impressions.

AI agents out of the blind spot

Share of code produced by agents, quality compared to humans, PRs merged without review: you steer AI adoption with numbers.

Investor updates with no effort

The monthly or quarterly review gives you the dated, dev-day-quantified “here's what we shipped”. Board prep is no longer a Sunday-night exercise.

Team decisions backed by data

Extending a freelancer, refocusing a workstream, arbitrating between squads: you rely on actual activity, not gut feeling.

Visibility that bothers no one

Read-only on your Git, nothing to install on the dev side, no workflow change. Your engineers fill in nothing.

The reporting rituals you no longer have to run

DeployIt compiles what your team actually shipped. You keep the decisions — not the collecting.

The weekly status meeting

~ 1 h / week, prep included

The Monday report arrives by email: who shipped what, in dev-days, and what's blocked. The meeting becomes a place for decisions again.

The homemade tracking spreadsheet

~ 4 h / month

No more manually compiling commits and PRs. The real-time dashboard aggregates all your repos continuously, AI agents included.

The Sunday-night board pack

~ 1 evening / quarter

Monthly and quarterly reviews ready to share with your investors or clients. A link or a PDF, that's it.

Free during early access. Paid plans announced for January 2027 — $19 per active developer per month.

Built so your CTO says yes — not "we'll review it next quarter"

DeployIt is read-only, EU-hosted, and never on the critical path of your CI/CD.

Read-only on your Git

OAuth scopes limited to read access. We never push, never branch, never open PRs. Disconnect anytime.

EU hosting, GDPR-ready

Infrastructure hosted in the EU. DPA available on demand. No data transfer outside the EU without explicit consent.

Per-project isolation

Each project lives in its own logical tenant. Your code context is never shared with other customers.

Founder FAQ

I'm not technical. Can I really use DeployIt myself?

Yes. Once the repo is connected (a 2-minute OAuth click), the reports and dashboard are written in business language: no Git jargon, no CLI, no YAML.

Will my engineering team push back?

DeployIt asks nothing of them: nothing to install, no tickets to fill in, read-only on the Git. It removes the “what shipped?” pings instead of adding new ones.

How fast do I see value?

The dashboard fills up within minutes of connecting, and your first weekly report arrives the following Monday.

What if I don't have a CTO yet?

You can connect the repo yourself if you have admin rights — the OAuth scopes are read-only and revocable. DeployIt also works for solo founders.

Does DeployIt track AI agents too?

Yes. Commits co-written with Copilot, Cursor or Devin are detected and attributed, and agents appear as contributors in their own right in the reports and the dashboard.

What about the auto-generated docs and AI support?

They are optional beta modules, outside the product core: a help center generated from your code and an answer agent grounded in your code. We never train a model on your code.

Is the free plan actually usable?

Yes. Free during early access: all your repositories, no volume limits, no credit card. Paid plans are announced for January 2027.

10 minutes now. The dashboard tonight, your first report on Monday. You decide.

Free plan, no credit card. Read-only. No action required from your team.
