These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ysae SLU, editor of DeployIt ("DeployIt", "Ysae", "we", "us"). Your use of deployit.ai (the "Site") and our platform services ("Services") is subject to these Terms. By accessing the Site or using our Services, you acknowledge you have read and understood these Terms, agree to comply with them and our Privacy Policy, and adhere to all applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to your subscription plan and these Terms.
DeployIt retains all rights, title and interest in and to: DeployIt brand elements, logos and trademarks, platform architecture, AI algorithms and code, website content and documentation, all marketing and promotional materials. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
DeployIt makes no claim to ownership over content generated using our Services. You may freely use generated content commercially and modify or adapt it.
We collect data to improve our platform, provide support and enhance user experience. Specifically: we analyze content generated through our platform to refine AI accuracy and performance, and monitor usage patterns to maintain platform stability. Enterprise customers have enhanced data protection — we explicitly waive the use of their data for AI training without consent.
You are responsible for account security. Account deletion requests must be submitted via support. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms. By uploading content, you confirm you have necessary rights, that your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights, and you bear sole responsibility.
Free plan — Free, 15 outputs per month, 1 user included, 1 output per agent run. Solo plan — for individual developers. Team plan — for collaborative teams. Add-ons available: extra users and additional outputs billed on usage. (See the Pricing page for current details.)
Output — a complete response generated by an agent; a single agent run may produce multiple outputs. No caps apply during the initial learning phase (indexing of source code, website, help-center, etc.).
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly or annual). Prices exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion (e.g. billing errors). You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from account settings; changes take effect at next billing cycle, with no pro-rated refunds. DeployIt may revise prices or plan limits; any material change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email or via the Site.
DeployIt respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, contact legal [at] deployit.ai with detailed claim information.
You explicitly agree not to: reverse engineer or misuse our platform, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service operations, upload malicious or illegal content, create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits, violate applicable export and sanctions laws.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. DeployIt disclaims all warranties related to platform performance, accuracy or availability. Usage is entirely at your own risk. DeployIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding any claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify DeployIt from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your use of our Services, breaches of these Terms or your generated content.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Andorra. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of DeployIt services must be brought exclusively in Andorra courts.
