These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ysae SLU, editor of DeployIt ("DeployIt", "Ysae", "we," or "us"). Your use of deployit.ai (the "Site") and our platform services ("Services") is subject to these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms
  • Comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations

License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to your subscription plan and these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

DeployIt retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:

  • DeployIt brand elements, logos, and trademarks
  • Platform architecture, AI algorithms, and code
  • Website content and documentation
  • All marketing and promotional materials

These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

User Rights

DeployIt makes no claim to ownership over:

  • Content generated using our Services

You may freely:

  • Use generated content commercially
  • Modify and adapt generated content

Data Usage and AI Training

We collect data to improve our platform, provide support, and enhance user experience. Specifically, we:

  • Analyze content generated through our platform to refine AI accuracy and performance
  • Monitor usage patterns to maintain platform stability and improve functionality

Enterprise customers have enhanced data protection. We explicitly waive the use of their data for AI training without consent.

User Accounts and Content

Account Management

  • You are responsible for account security.
  • Account deletion requests must be submitted via support.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms.

User Content

You may upload content including code, text, images, and digital assets. By doing so, you confirm:

  • You have necessary rights to upload such content.
  • Your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
  • You bear sole responsibility for your content.

Services and Pricing

1. Subscription Plans (pricing per project)

Trial – Free

  • 15 000 messages and 50 outputs per month.
  • One (1) user included.
  • No output export.
  • Each agent run is limited to ten (10) outputs.

Solo – USD 149 per month or USD 1 188 per year

  • 15 000 messages and 200 outputs per month.
  • One (1) user included.

Team – USD 399 per month or USD 2 988 per year

  • 40 000 messages and 500 outputs per month.
  • Three (3) users included, with role-based access control.

2. Add-Ons subscriptions

  • Additional user: USD 50 per month (price per user).
  • Additional block of 1 000 outputs per month: USD 100 per month.

3. Definitions

  • Message – any prompt counted against the monthly language-model quota.
  • Output – a complete response generated by an agent; a single agent run may produce multiple outputs.

4. Consumption Caps and External API Keys

  • No caps apply during the initial learning phase (indexing of source code, website, help-center, etc.).
  • You may supply your own OpenAI (or other provider) API key to remove monthly message limits or use higher-performance models; associated costs are your responsibility.

5. Billing, Refunds, Changes, and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the selected cadence (monthly or annual). Prices exclude applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are granted solely at our discretion, for example in case of billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.
  • DeployIt may revise prices or plan limits; any material change will be communicated at least thirty (30) days in advance by email or via the Site. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

DMCA Compliance

DeployIt respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, contact legal@deployit.ai with detailed claim information.

Prohibited Uses

You explicitly agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or misuse our platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service operations
  • Upload malicious or illegal content
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
  • Violate applicable export and sanctions laws

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. DeployIt disclaims all warranties related to platform performance, accuracy, or availability. Usage is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

DeployIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify DeployIt from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Breaches of these Terms
  • Your generated content

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Andorra. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of DeployIt services must be brought exclusively in Andorra courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms. Any significant changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
